Beautiful Wooden Garden Rooms in Scotland

We guarantee that every kit we make can be built into a gorgeous work or relaxation space, and it’s unlikely that it will require planning permission before you start. Any plans you do need from us can be drawn up as you need them, and everything we make will be crafted to the standards set by BM TRADA.

Once you’ve confirmed exactly what you need for your patch of the great outdoors, we’ll set to work on creating the kit to transform it into the space you’ve been imagining. This should take about six to eight weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your build, and we’ll send it out for delivery after this.

We’ll make sure your kit is delivered, no matter where you live in Scotland, so you’ll never have to worry about being out of reach of our service. Read on here to learn more about our products, or get in touch right away if you’re ready to place an order.

Offering Bespoke Garden Rooms in Scotland

Unlike other manufacturers you may find across the whole of the UK, we offer a fully bespoke service to ensure that every customer we serve receives a garden room to suit their exact needs. This is because we understand that any traditional or modern building you order for your outdoor space needs to reflect your tastes, as well as meet the specifications necessary.

This is why we will work closely with you to help you put together a garden room that will become the gorgeous contemporary space you have been imagining for your own home in Scotland. It will even be just right for year-round use if you would prefer, as we can place insulating lining in the walls upon request.

All you will need to do to get started is choose the foundation design you would like the most, let us know if there are any amendments you’d like to make to the design or specifications you have for your property, and we will create the plans for you. If you haven’t yet settled on a design for your purchase, you may wish to take a look at the wooden garden rooms we have displayed in our gallery. Explore these options and take inspiration from previous customers to find the modern or classic elements that fit you best.

Once you have chosen your design, the garden room provided for you will be made to exceptionally high standards, and we will pay close attention to detail to ensure precision accuracy in its design and crafting. This includes making sure it is the size you have ordered, with door openings and glass for windows cut to accommodate different dimensions. Every finish offers glazed gables and a finished floor level.

Your Own Home Office

In the modern day, working from home has become a necessity and a new normal for many. But this does not mean you have to spend this time working inside, surrounded by noise and distractions, and with your desk nowhere near a window. If you would prefer an office a little bit closer to nature and the fresh air, or in an area that you know will offer the peace and quiet you need, we can provide the oak or timber framed building to make it a reality.

We can also provide clock faces for your garden room, if you need to keep an eye on the time.

Extra Storage Space

If you’ve found that you simply don’t have room for everything you’d like to keep in your home, but you’d also like something a little more modern and smart-looking than a regular shed, we can build the kit you need. All of our products are durable, secure, and fully weatherproof. This means that all of your belongings, from garden tools or furniture to bits and pieces that don’t fit indoors anymore, can be kept safe and sound until you need them again.

Our Guarantees for Your Luxury Garden Room

With professional certification from BM TRADA and years of experience in providing wooden garden room kits of the highest standard, you can always feel confident in knowing you will receive the stylish product you have asked for.

To make sure of this, we only ever use the finest and strongest French oak to craft stunning, long-lasting products. These are then manufactured to offer their purchasers a structure that has a contemporary touch, while designed in a classic building material. Each timber piece used in these kits will have been carefully graded and checked over before any crafting work begins as well, so you may rest assured that every part of your kit will be flawless.

The oak and Douglas-fir timber rooms we create for outdoor spaces in Scotland also come with their own 10-year guarantee. This means you will be able to relax and enjoy your new garden office, games room, living area, or spot for hobbies for a long time to come without any worries whatsoever.

We’re also a price competitive firm, so if you happen to be offered a similar product at a lower price elsewhere online, we’ll be more than happy to match or beat it.
